- The AEM High Volume Fuel Rail is designed to support fuel flow for high-performance applications, accommodating up to 1,000 horsepower. Ideal for the B Series found in the1994-1997 Honda Civic Del Sol VTEC and 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si, this fuel rail features a 1/2-inch bore that dampens backpressure pulses from larger injectors while remaining compatible with stock injector sizes. An additional 1/8th NPT port is included for a nitrous setup or fuel pressure gauge. The rail comes with a custom fitting for the factory fuel line, and the ends are pre-tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16″x18 fittings for custom fuel lines. CNC machined from billet aluminum and finished with black anodizing and laser engraving, this fuel rail is both durable and stylish. Comprehensive installation instructions, hardware, fittings, and injector O-rings are included.
